Dealing with back pain, or better yet, managing back pain is a subject that can elicit as many opinions as
there are sufferers of this debilitating condition.

Thankfully, one aspect of back pain is universally agreed upon. Prevention is the best cure. But even if we are too late in preventing a back injury, we can still correct and reverse the symptoms
that plague so many of us.

Most back injuries could be prevented if our backs were protected properly. We can protect our backs against possible injury by strengthening our cores. The "Core" consists of the torso, abdomen, spine, hip, and pelvis. These muscles keep us stable and help to build a literal fortress around our spines that can prevent many back injuries. The good news is, developing these core muscles does not take an extraordinary amount of exercise, weight training, or thousands of sit ups or crunches.

Thousands of people develop back injuries by doing menial tasks such as lifting their children, or picking up a bag of groceries. Many have been brought to their knees by doing things as simple as making the bed, while with others, it's a slower process.
Sitting at a desk for eight hours a day can have a adverse effect on the back. Especially in poorly designed computer chairs that provide little or no support.

A unique device is available for back injury sufferers called a Body Blade. A Body Blade is about 36 inches long and about 3 inches wide and resembles a water ski. To properly use a Body Blade, it must be gripped with both hands in the center of the blade, either out in front of oneself or over their head, or even behind their back.
From there, a simple back and forth movement of the hands causes the blade to "wobble" and create tension and momentum that is felt throughout the core muscles.
Just a few minutes a day can develop all of the core muscles very efficiently, and best of all, easily.
There is no twisting or bending involved in using the Body Blade, and it can even be used while sitting in a chair.

The Body Blade strengthens a person's core and can help to overcome the weakness which causes someone to be injured in the first place.  The Body Blade comes highly recommend to prevent and possibly even treat certain back injuries.

You can Google the Body Blade or search Youtube to see the Body Blade in action, but be sure to consult with a Chiropractic Physician to find out if the Body Blade is right for you.

Remember. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
